Zakk Tapp serves as the Director of Technical Services at Craftsman Technology Group. He provides oversight of our more technical engagements and leads a team of developers and architects.

Craftsman’s Technical Services Team provides custom programming, complex data migration, and integration services. The “Tech Team” also provides larger architecture and planning services to ensure multi-faceted systems ultimately work in concert. Salesforce is our primary development platform and Craftsman is a Registered Salesforce Consulting Partner. Our data environment is Azure and transformation tools include Azure Data Factory. We also have a select set of application partners used to extend the platform and deliver highly tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Zakk joined Craftsman Technology Group in 2019. Prior to joining CTG he spent 10 years leading IT and CRM efforts for nonprofit organizations. Most immediate to CTG, he was the Senior Director of Technology and Business Intelligence at Cradles to Crayons.

Zakk holds a BA in Sociology from Beloit College. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 and Sales Cloud Consultant.
