Deploy CRM w/ Salesforce Lightning
Accion collaborates with socially-motivated corporate partners on signature programs that provide access to loans, coaching and networks to passionate entrepreneurs who are pursuing their dream of running their own business.
Purpose
Accion staff manage combined programs alongside corporate partners. Spreadsheets were sufficient in the early days, but the time had arrived for a wholesale system overall. A new CRM was needed to compile program information across member organizations, coordinate program activities, and provide better reports and analytics.
Project Details
The Corporate Partnerships staff had a modest budget, though a highly custom need. A two-month deployment project led to the creation of custom fields and objects, delivery of a new import procedures, clean-up and migration of existing program data, and provided training and documentation to transition ownership of the new system.
Tools + Technology
Craftsman deployed a Salesforce Lightning App as the core solution. Custom fields and objects were created to capture lending data, program participation, and marketing efforts.
