Our Climate Action Committee was founded in 2023 to guide our green initiatives internally.
In 2024, we ratified our climate commitment statement, completed a staff-wide Green Challenge focused on lowering our carbon footprints, and launched into Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund reporting work with our clients.
This year, our Climate Action Committee is working toward achieving carbon neutrality as a company by the end of 2026. Here are current initiatives focused on reaching this goal:
