Board of Directors

On July 1, 2022, CTG became an employee-owned small business. Its mission is to provide outstanding technology services to social sector clients – to see technology as a vehicle for social change. With the transition to employee ownership, CTG expanded its governance structure to include a Board of Directors.

This board includes two seats elected by and from the employee-owners at CTG, two filled by appointment of external members, and one seat filled by the founder and current CEO.

Vered Meir, Senior Director, Managed Services

Vered was elected by her fellow employee-owners. Vered has been with CTG since 2019. At CTG, she leads a team of more than 20 nonprofit technology professionals.

Erin has worked with GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD), Boston Children’s Museum, and other fantastic nonprofit organizations. She has a BA in Journalism from Northeastern and holds multiple technical Salesforce certifications.
