We are living in an historic moment. COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) has been declared a Global Pandemic. State and federal officials are offering guidance that has – at least temporarily – transformed how many of us live and work. At Craftsman this change is likely to be subtle as we already work virtually, have home offices set up and heavily leverage collaboration technology to work effectively.
The purpose of this communication is to assure you Craftsman’s team is available to you and ready to work.
We have taken the following precautions:
- All employees work remotely. As a technology company, working remotely has always been a part of a typical day. We felt it best to work remote out of respect for those who might not have the option.
- Transferred all in-person training to virtual classrooms. Our nonprofit Salesforce trainings are commonly held in-person. For the coming months we will shift these to 100% web based.
- Cancelled all travel. Most conferences and partner events have already been postponed or shifted to virtual events. We are limiting client travel, as well.
- Adjusting to the needs of our clients. Many of our clients typically worked together in an office every day. The next few months have created a new working dynamic as more staff work outside the office. We are ready to engage on how we can help and modify our approach as needed.
Craftsman will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments accordingly. We are on-hand (virtually) and ready to work.
